In each reiteration we are given 30 rounds and to qualify we need to shoot a minimum of 23. One qualification event in our unit, the leader in charge assumed that all Soldiers will qualify on the first reiteration and all Soldier will be a “first time go”. The leader in charge failed to come up with a plan when there’s a number of Soldiers that did not qualify for the first time.
